I am so thankful for my gorgeous niece, Annika. Smile

I am so thankful for my beautiful niece, Annika. In December 2011 we thought Emily had miscarried, but she didn’t. It was a long and difficult pregnancy, but Annika was born healthy in June 2012. I am so thankful that Annika is here with us. She brings such joy to our lives and completes the family. There are so many things I love about her, but I think my favorite is her smile with the dimple. That little smile just lights up the world and I am thankful we get to see that gorgeous smile.
