My son had eczema like that from drool, too Have you tried Eucerin cream (or the Walmart generic)? That helped for us. The problem is that the drool keeps irritating it, so it doesn't really get a chance to heal. I hope it gets better. For us, it did go away eventually. Good luck!Kaelira's Digiscraps (my scrapblog)
