So I just had the loneliest, quietest week...my family was gone for a while, they are on Fall Break from school...and I had to work I thought that I would totally enjoy my time to myself...and I did...for about 3 days...but now I just miss them and can't wait for them to come home!!

Journaling: I got to spend a week...yup, a whole week to myself. No husband, no kids, no responsibility. I know what you're thinking...it's probably the same thing I was thinking before this week. AWESOME!! Now I can get all the things done that I want to do. I don't have to worry about cooking for them, cleaning up after them, worrying about them. Well, you'd be WRONG...I sure was. I have to say that, although I do enjoy the sleeping in when I can, not worrying about what to cook for dinner after a long day of work, and not having my day scheduled around my family, I miss them something terrible. I hate having the house so quiet, hate not having 3 kids throw themselves into my arms when I walk in the door, hate not having Mike's arms around me after a long day's work. You see, I can complain about it all I want, but what this week has taught me is that I love my family, for better or for worse. They may be a pain at times, but they make me happy. And no matter where we are or what we do, we'll always be together forever.
