For the Word Up! 5/03 challenge at Scrap Matters

Journaling: It all started when Niki went to Iraq for the first time, and we went to TGIFriday’s to have the fried green beans, taking her with us in spirit, because they are her fave thing there. I was planning on taking a photo of them to
send her, but then we also got the newest appetizer which was fried mac and cheese, so I took a photo of that. And then it was project 365, which has me taking photos of all sorts of things, but again, Niki and Rocky were heading to Iraq for the second time, and she wanted to go for some fried green beans before they left, and since I hadn’t gotten a picture of them before I just knew I had to get it this time. As I whipped out my camera to take a picture of them, Rocky looks at me and says, “REALLY??” My family has come to expect the unexpected photo ops I take and they look on with smiles and even help me to get the best shot I can. But Rocky is the newest member of the family, and while he knows I take a lot of photos, he wasn’t quite prepared for me to whip out my camera to just photograph the food. So, yes…REALLY!
