However, the more I thought about it, I knew that it would be the perfect way to add exercise to my day. I woke up the first day at 4:00 and beat Kathie to the gym. Same story the next day. By Wednesday, I smartened up and added 5 extra minutes of sleep - setting the alarm for 4:05! I'm not going to lie - the first week was so painful and tough, but I was sticking to this journey that I started. The funny thing is that as I exercised, I became more aware of my diet and food intake. I know this weight didn't come on overnight and will take time to come off.
