Journaling:
The third grade classes had a combined Easter Party this year at Lagoon Park. Talk about crazy - ninety kids running around! When we arrived, the had free time on the playground while the eggs were hidden. Then it was time for the hunt to begin. Once that wrapped up, everyone enjoyed pizza and some delicious desserts. The kids finished up the party with a little more playground fun before heading back to school. Avery was ecstatic when I picked her up that afternoon. She was given an entire (leftover, extra) pizza for not having her clip moved all week. In her words, "I've never won anything!!" Ah, the little joys in life.
