Avery is determined to reach 50 AR points this year and has been diligently reading books in attempts to reach her goal. This evening, after her bath, I found her curled up on the couch deep into a Judy Moody book. These are a little easy, but she can read them quickly which means faster point accumulation - that's her reasoning anyway! Will she make it to her goal? I don't know, but she sure is working hard to get there and I couldn't ask for more.
