YAY!! This is wonderful...and congrats on the speedy time!! I am slowly...so very slowly...trying to get back into running. Right about when you started in 2005 is when I had to stop because I was pregnant with the girls...and it's been such a struggle to get back into it! I miss it, dearly, but I lack the focus and motivation I used to have.
Thank you for sharing this...for sharing this accomplishment. Major kudos on obtaining your personal best!!
