On Tuesday morning Travis & I checked into Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC for his 23-hour EEG video monitoring exam. He was looking forward to the adventure that it would be, which was a good thing. Soon after he got into his room they hooked him up to the monitors & the exam began. Since he was literally tethered to the monitors he had to stay in bed or within a few feet of it so the cameras could pick up his actions. His room had a wonderful view of Washington, DC and we could see the National Cathedral & the Washington Monument from his window. Although he had homework to do, he spent most of his time on the in-house computer and video game system. And when it was time for meals I went out to the carts in the hallway and got him exactly what he wanted to eat. He also enjoyed when the doctors stopped by to check on him. Thankfully the test results were clear, but we never would've known for sure if this hadn't been done. So now we have some silly photos of Travis wearing a funny looking sock on his head!
