everything from Dani Mogstad's Birthday cake:2nd helping 1 small container cottage cheese 1 small container cool whip 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 small box strawberry jello 1/2 cup chopped pecans Directions: Drain pineapple. Mix allingredients together in a bowl and chill for at least1 hour. DO NOT ADD WATER TO JELLO! Notes:*I usually double this recipe for our gatherings.*You can make it with other flavors of jello.*I never tell people what the ingredients are before they try it (except allergy cases, of course!).We always eat this aroundThanksgiving & Christmas.
