Holy smokes, that's a HUGE task! The photos and journaling are awesome and the whole page just rocks. Now I want some corn!

Wow....now that is quite a process!! I'll have to PM you about that! We shucked, blanched and froze two boxes of corn which was just under 100 ears!! I was tired after THAT but it is going to last us through this winter too! We didn't buy any corn this year. I never thought about using an electric knife to cut the corn off though! We just freeze for corn on the cob!!! I love your page and how you did your alpha for that challenge you are hosting!!
