Journaling Reads: Every Christmas Eve we get to open one present. It’s always wrapped soft (no box) and its always the same thing! Christmas Jammies! We all go and change into our new awesome jammies and take some photos. Some years mom makes us matchy jammies, but they don’t always match every year. This year was a matchy year! She made everyone these cute green Santa PJ bottoms and gave us red tee shirts to go with ‘em!
Besides opening our Christmas Jammies, We don’t always do the same thing every Christmas Eve. In the past we’ve gone out to movies, opened presents with other
relatives, listened to old Christmas stories from Grandpa Hansen’s old vinyl recordings, like “A Christmas Carol” or “The Littlest Angel”. Dad can often be found working on a giant jigsaw puzzle. But mostly we just love being together, relaxing and letting the magic of the holiday soak in.

Wow; I didn't realize you lifted me -- I feel SUPER COOL! :-D I love how this turned out; fun colors and neat titlework. My MIL is big into the matching pajamas at Christmastime, too, even though we are not usually together for Christmas anymore. We finally got around to taking our pictures just this morning!
