Did you know that the Eskimos have 22 ways to say “snow?” Soft snow, hard snow, sleet, all sorts of snow. And I have to say that one of my
favorite things about winter is when we get the wet, soft snowfalls of huge, fluffy flakes that land softly on your sleeve and smile at you with their wintery sweetness before melting into the fabric. On days like that, it can take me half an hour to walk from the car to the front door, just enjoying each and every unique and beautiful flake that lands in my path. And having a navy blue jacket helps because they really show up well. It’s so easy to find happiness and appreciation with these beautiful miniature miracles.
