Spirit of the Season by Jady Day Studio and Kay Miller Designs at ScrapMatters
Cindy's Layered Templates - Double It Up Set #5 by Cindy Schneider

Journaling reads: For our December meeting we got festive! We played Christmas music, ate cute little gingerbread men, and made graham cracker gingerbread houses. We sought out an egg-free royal icing recipe since Sarah is allergic. It worked well to make the houses and allowed us to do this project together. Since it had a strong lemon taste only a couple of the girls liked it, so I think these will last the season through as decorations! We also wanted to focus on giving, so Mrs. Bylund contacted the Community Center about gift needs. We had each Brownie bring several stocking stuffer gifts for 8-9 year old girls. We had the goal of providing gifts for 5 girls and had the troop learn to wrap them up themselves in plastic shoe boxes. Sydney brought for each of the girls’ boxes - pretty decks of playing cards, packs of silly bandz, stamp art kits, and candy canes. The spirit of giving was in the air and all the girls had fun wrapping up the presents. As the girls left for home we presented them with a gift from us - a book from the childrens’ author, Lisa Cavanah, who will come speak to them in January. It was a magical meeting!

I'm a delicate beach blossom. I need moderate temperates and cool ocean breezes to survive.
