Along with their actual gift, I'm making suction cup hangers with the Teachers' surnames or holiday message like this JOY for the teachers and directors at my son's Pre-K.

Each year I try to add a little something creative along with their gift. Thanks to my new hobby (scrapping) there are so many options!

Years ago, I did this for my sister by hand cutting Conte papers - time consuming and expensive. This year I used my Silhouette Cutter and papers from my kits - it took a fraction of the time.
