Journaling: I have even started watching the trains that go by our home. Especially if you are sleeping. You have such a love and passion for trains - it is so fun to observe you indulging in them. We often talk about the “trains I saw.” Whether they are the trains outside our window, at the Chicago Botanical Gardens, Children’s Museum, Thomas or the Black Steamie in Copeland Park, we always end up talking about red cabooses. And we have never seen a red caboose at the end of a real train before, let alone any caboose. Today we drove down to the “yard” to look at all the trains there. You were in the back shouting, “Look! Caboose!” repeatedly. Each time I would simply explain that trains do not use cabooses anymore, but then I looked up and saw the little green caboose!
