Registered: August 2008 Location: Windy City Posts: 8,844	Very Merry by Britt-ish Designs and DeCrow Designs Ingredients 1 pint vanilla ice cream (softened) 1 lb. butter (softened) 4 cups flour pastry filling of your choice Mix ice cream and butter together. Gradually add flour. Dough will be stiff. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Take your thumb and make an indentation in each cookie. Fill indentation with pastry filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool and then dust with powdered sugar.
