As soon as I read your title I had to read all the journaling. Two of my nephews have Celiacs (as well as Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes) so our family has had to learn all about the gluten free diet. It isn't easy, but it does become a way of life. There are tons of blogs that share gluten free recipes. Let me know if you want the addresses! Glad to hear Ben is feeling so much better and that you will be soon, too!

Great LO! My sister has Celiacs Disease and I am allergic to wheat, dairy and eggs. I recently (6 months now) went vegan and that has helped me so much! Good luck with your life change! I have a great bread recipe too if you are interested.

Great layout, but even greater journaling. We did GF for a while for my DS until we noticed it wasn't doing anything different for him. It was the BHT, instead. It's not easy, but at least there's a great community out there for support. And give Better Batter a try (if you haven't already!)

Nice job on your scraplift! Switching everything over to GF is a learning process!! I had to learn when my husband developed his gluten allergy 10 years ago! I'm sending you a PM! =)
