The journaling reads:
What a big girl you have become!
You had wanted to learn how to ride
your bike before Sister rode her bike.
When Madalyn figured it out, you
were so dissapointed and refused to
learn how to ride the bike until Grumpy
came back to Georgia to show you.
Mama came up with a brilliant plan
which promised a special toy from
Toy's R Us if you learned how to ride
before your seventh birthday and thus
the desire to ride was born!

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

For a couple of weeks, you tried to
balance on your bike, just like Grumpy
showed you. One day you got enough
courage to put your feet on the peddle
and start riding your bike but quickly
landed in the grass. Days went by
with Mama holding on to your bike,
pushing you, helping and encouraging.
Then the day came when you said that
you were not coming inside until you
learned how to ride your bike. That is
the day you succeeded and rode your
bike all by yourself!!
