OH- was this kit ever PERFECT, for my Daddy's book and 'the moon story'.Thank you thank you - Angie [Down This Road Designs] for this kit. I LOVE it, and have another page ...different subject.
journal - From way back...we are talking way bck, WE can remember Daddy telling tales of his trips to outer space and most importantly "to the moon". Daddy was in the Air Force and he did fly airplanes, so we 'believed' him especially since there were those active duty weekends. During space travel., it was most important to 'wear' green pajamas and brush your teeth with Crest toothpaste. Why?. well -it was GREEN! His stories worked until the news made a big deal of that other space flight in 1961! Go figure. When questioned the answer was he was keeping a low profile for government security.
Moving right along, we grow up and another generation arrives. By now space travel has been 'officially' on the moon.
Does that - stop the stories, nope they just grow as there isa a new captive audience.
