The journaling basically says that over the weekend (May 29th) Toby Keith ended his 9th USO tour at our Military Base. We bought our tickets months in advanced hoping the weather would be good, but what we didn't realize is that the weather would be near 100 degrees and muggy. The MWR told us that parking would open at 3 o'clock with the opening shows playing until seating opened up for Toby Keith at 5:30. We got there a little bit before 4 o'clock to discover that nothing was going on and that people were just waiting in line for the concert. We didn't want to go home because the parking was filling up fast so we decided to brave the heat and humidity. After waiting over three hours, Toby Keith finally came on stage and all the wait, braving the heat was well worth it in the end
