Journaling: I just love Autumn. It has always been my favorite season. Perhaps it's because Summer can be so brutal in Georgia and the cool breeze of October offers a welcome relief. Or maybe it's the colors that seem to burst forth from every tree or the celebration of my birthday.

I love spending the evenings on the porch as the kids play in the gentle temperatures that define the season. And I enjoy donning the yard with haybales and pumpkins.

I love watching the Gators on TV after cheering forJacob as he plays football each Saturday. I enjoy watching Joseph run for Cross Country and spent more time outside than inside. I love dressing Arabella in leggings and Abraham in jeans.

I love each season and am thankful for them all. But there is a special place in my heart for Autumn.
