As I have been starting to scan Dad's slides the past few weeks I have realized that it has been a mixed blessing. I love finding gems like these photos of the two of us at the Los Angeles Arboretum just walking through the gardens and getting close to a white peacock, and then it just hits me of how much I miss him, I was only four years old when these photos were taken so I have no memory of that day, but I love them because they are of the two of us, together.
