Oh great! I think I haven't seen a border yet! And it's so creative with the scallops. Love the placement of the swirly gems too!

I love it! My first thought was "Under the Sea" - it would make a gorgeous sea floor... or garden backdrop ... or ... so many accents! Lovely! Thanks for playing!
