Oh the memories……. In 2008 I did a mini-tour for (with) the Backstreet Boys and started off in Stuttgart, Germany. 2 days later it was time for show #2 in Leipzig. It was so cold then and I could barely walk because of the pain in my legs and back. My friend and I got into the venue before the other fans who would also attend the soundcheck party. We chatted a bit when one of their bodyguards started talking to us. Nick Carter was already on stage but I wasn’t the biggest fan of him at that point so didn’t pay much attention to it. The bodyguard asked if I saw Nick and I said ‘yes but I don’t want Nick. I want Alex (AJ)’. He started to laugh and my friend and I talked further. When I looked at my left, my heart stopped! Alex came from backstage… FOR ME! We chatted for 10 minutes or so and I got to give him 2 scrapbooks I made (one of the few times I paper scrapped) and we took pictures. It was so awesome to have him for myself for a while.
