Journaling: Seems funny that a highlight of our trip to Oregon was salsa. After we visited the Tillamook factory and drove down the scenic 3 Capes Loop with lots of coastal exploration we were tired and hungry. Our last stop was in Pacific City to see Cape Kiwanda. We wanted to eat dinner before we drove back to Lincoln City. There was not much to choose from with a decent review on Yelp. We could not agree which of 2 places to go because both of them were fairly empty. Finally Caleb walked into BJ’s saying this was where we would eat. They had fabulous fish and chicken tacos, but the star was the fresh salsa. Kelly took 1 bite and said she would move there just for the salsa! It was so good we took 10 of those little plastic cups of it back to the beach house with us! I think the waiter thought we were nuts!

great mouthwatering description of your adventure and the salsa. The large bold title draws your eyes to the pictures and your journaling. Wonderful page.

Love the eye catching red back ground and your perfectly placed elements to guide the eye and add details of the day.

That sounds so yummy! I just love the scattered taco chips down the side, too.
