I did my page about my middle name, which has been passed down for 6 generations, including to my dd.
Journaling: Ellen Elizabeth migrated to America from England after joining the church. In honor of her, every generation since has kept Ellen as a middle name. I named my daughter --- Ellen after her as well. Each of these woman have had strong testimonies of Jesus Christ, have taught their children the gospel, have worked hard, have served those around them and have recognized the heritage from which they came. I hope I can do the same. I know I will get to meet Ellen Elizabeth one day and I pray she will approve of the life I have lived while carrying on her name. Until that time, I will honor and respect the wonderful women of my heritage.
