new Doodled Paper Alpha - Tracie Stroud April Mystery Mega - Scrap Orchard Oatmeal Crisp 1/2 c. melted butter2/3 c. brown sugar3 c. old fashioned rolled oatsfruit - peaches, blackberries, apples or pears In a large, microwavable bowl, melt butter; add brown sugar and rolled oats. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with fruit (canned is fine, frozen is better, fesh is best). Spoon the oatmeal mixture on top and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm. For variety you could sprinkle cinnamon on top of the fruit before adding oatmeal mixture. Or you could serve with milk poured over. This can be used for breakfast (our favorite for Sunday) or even a dessert. Recipe from MOMYS Cookbook |
