I made her a CD of some of my favorite songs, and then made a cover to go with it. I bought the notebook from Target and just dressed it up to coordinate with everything else and also made a little card to match. All digital supplies from WM[Squared] Honeydew. Notebook, gift sack - Target Scallop punch - Stampin' Up! White, black cardstock - Provo Craft Fonts - Century Gothic, CAC Pinafore

This is such a great idea. I'm looking for something personal and not too expensive for my sister's B-Day. I love it when I find such great ideas in the gallery. I love the CD folder.
