CREDITS: - "Lots O' Photos Blocked Templates" by Sahlin Studios - "Fizzy Fridays" by Erica Zane (some recoloring) - glitter splats and little flowers (recolored) from "Tickle Me Happy" by Erica Zane - Font: SS Whimsy Journaling Says: Once upon a time, I was a proud member of the No Cavity Club! My dentist happily awarded me a certificate and the nice hygienists took my picture year after year. But now as an adult, those happy days are over. My teeth are full of cavities, fillings and I even have a crown now! What happened to that great time of no cavities? Oh what I would give to be in the No Cavity Club today!

This is so cool, I LOVE your page! So cute and fun, how adorable are you?!! There is a poem that is about 'oh I wish I'd looked after me teeth' - it's quite funny, and I think it to myself all the time.

Love the colors for this and the blocking is great. Really liking your pony tails too! Sorry that you have the teeth problems! It was a lot worse to have them filled as a child though with no novocaine! Yikes!

after all you have gone through with your teeth I bet you would give anything to be back in those days of no cavaties!! I love the retro look of this layout esepcially with those adorable photos of you holding your award!

OH! Look at how cute you are! I really need to start doing this challenge. I like how you have everything on the sides of the paper and then your jounaling is down the middle. So cute!
