I’m not sure if it’s from
starting school, or if it was
emerging before then, but
lately you have startled
and delighted me with
your sense of adventure,
and willingness to give
things a go. It is a quality
which I greatly admire,
because I know in my life, I
like to sit back and watch.
Seeing you get out there
and try new things is
fantastic! At school
you’ve been doing kapahaka,
folk dancing & all sorts of
wonderful things. You’ve
been bravely making new
friends, and getting PE gear
out of the shed at lunch time.
I am just so proud of you Amelia,
for trying new things, and
exploring your world. I hope
you continue to go into the world
with bravery & confidence,
because that is the way to see
it, and to explore it.
