Age 1: You say "Gircle" for Circle and "Ocku-Gocku" for Octagon.

Age 2: You LOVE "sis-ins", which are raisins. Before your 3rd birthday I would always hear, "I can't wait to be FREE!"

Age 3: You love to make things up and pretend a lot and you'll say, "I'm be for-tending that I'm a princess!" We are working on pronouncing hard consonants in the middle of words: "Mall-T" (Model T), "Daa-ey" (Daddy), "Annie Fa-ne-a" (Aunti Fonnetta). According to you, children are "kids" and adults are "people".

Age 4: When you ask permission for anything you phrase it, "Is it okay for you to let me . . . . .?". If you get something mixed up you you'll say, "I was just joking!" or, "Oh, right!". When Daddy and I went to the eye doctor you thought we were getting our eyes changed and informed them that your eyes were still brown!
