Journaling: My mom’s garden is absolutely amazing. Ever since I can remember, we have always had fresh vegetables and fruit from her huge garden. I can remember watching my mom planning what she was going to plant months in advance, and I never really realized why she was so excited about her garden. Now, living in my own place, I really miss having fresh produce that I can just run out and pick. I look forward to the day when I can plan my garden months in advance. I am so lucky to have been raised to love fresh vegetables, and I’m glad to see that my mom is passing that love on to my kids too, because there is nothing that can beat a straight from the garden vegetable!
