I made this for my neice for Christmas.
credits: Sahlin Studios and Sugarplum Paperie - So grateful The ribbons and metal bits were just in my scrapbooking stash and not labeled so sorry I am not sure who made them. I bought the book a long time ago at a local craft store and unfortunately didn't save the packaging since I opened it up and tried to use it months ago. Here's how I did it! I made all the green pages with the photos on them on my computer just like any LO. Then went and had them printed at a photo place. Then I printed off some of the papers in the kit the size I needed them on my home printer (which isn't the best but it worked for this). I sprayed everything with Crystal Kote so it wouldn't run when I glued it down. I roughed up the edges of everything with a nail file. I used mod podge to stick them all to the accordian book which I had inked. I left the edges up a bit so that it looked a bit worn and not so perfect. Then used a hot glue gun to attatch the ribbons and metal bits. |
