It was just a small lump, but it was growing. The incision was about ½” but I still had to have the full treatment of an OR, including getting knocked out because I couldn’t have the epinephrine shot. My thumb throbbed for a couple of days and I had to use tylenol with codeine. But the worst part was all the jokes at work! This tiny incision had to have this big huge bandage for a week. Even the doctor had to make a joke after he finished putting it on! November 2007
