"Pull in here, you know you want some fast food," is what I hear driving down the road. Walking past the frozen foods in the grocery store, I hear them calling my name, "Kelli, we're over here. Don't forget about your old pals bagel bits, boneless wings, pizza, corn dogs, and right around the corner are all your favorite desserts!" As hard as I am trying to make healthy choices and change my family's lifestyle, it all starts with me and the decisions I make each and every day. I have to admit, I love the convenience AND taste of all that fast food too. We really are a family of junk food junkies and are working hard to change that!
