*************************************

TACO SOUP from Rebecca (ReboScraps)

1 lb. Ground beef or turkey
1 onion chopped
1 14 oz can white beans (great northern beans)
1 14 oz can pinto beans
1 14 oz can black beans
1 14 oz can corn
1 can diced tomatoes with chili (like Rotel)
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing (the dry mix packet)

Saute ground beef and onions, drain, add remaining ingredients. (Do NOT drain cans.) Bring mixture to boil, Simmer 5-20 minutes - or - put in crock pot on low and let simmer for 4-6 hours. Top with Sour cream, tortilla chips (or Fritos, yummy!) and grated cheese to serve.

Yum...that sounds great for a cool warm day like today! Great readable font and the dotted lines separating the sections are a nice touch!
