Hello all–Tami here! Today I’d like to focus on words that aren’t our own. What? Let me explain. When I was getting married, I got all kinds of advice from everyone. I had heard most of it before, don’t go to bed mad, think of each other first, that kind of thing. But some things stuck in my mind. One of my favorites was “Learn to cook lots of good food. Men love to eat! Try to have it ready when he comes home from work. Unless you’re mad, then let him starve!” HAHAHA! And my matron of honor told me to “Shower together!” Can I say that on a blog?!

Anyway, I’m sure all of you have some words of wisdom from a friend or loved one that have remained in the back of your mind. It’s time to get them out and write them down! Don’t be afraid to expand on them or change them up a bit. Just use them to find inspiration when you need a little boost.

Here is my take on the advice to “Shower Together…”

I don’t think this is exactly what she meant, but it was sure great inspiration! :) hehehe!

So start rummaging through your brain for those little bits of advice that you’ve saved over the years and see if they can spark some new ideas for you! Have fun and I’d love to see what you come up with! Happy Wednesday!

Oh my gosh! That was so funny - I’m sure she didn’t have this in mind either, but that is the cutest little smile ever! Really great LO, and love the advice :-)

Soo funny!! His little face peeking above the curtain is sooo cute! Love it! Guess I better go find something good to cook before hubby gets home. (hehe) Great Advice!
