Gallery Standout Showcase

Hi, Dolores here to bring you this week’s gallery standouts!  I love checking the weekly gallery standouts thread for inspiration and this week was no exception!  Check out these beautiful layouts chosen by ScrapMatters’ members and team.

Amber (southernmother) created this wonderful layout…don’t you just love the wood grain background and great layering of shapes & papers behind that sweet photo?  I also like the clustering on the frame and how she created the title from a paper from the kit!

Next is a beautifully clustered layout by Carol (Iowan).  The angle of the photo is unique and really draws the attention to that cute face!  Carol’s clustering and shadows are always amazing!

Jayne (briarwoodpups) did this next layout for the August color challenge and it turned out awesome!  I’m in awe of the photo treatment and her journaling is really beautiful.  Isn’t the title work just perfect?!?!?

Next up is another challenge layout…as you can see, the challenges can inspire some beautiful layouts!  Jaye did this one for this month’s Title Challenge and it is a great take on the challenge! The postage stamp frame and horizontal stripes are perfect for bringing attention to the lovely photo!

This next layout by melscrap is really adorable!  The stitched paper stack and journal strips are super!  And I love the splatters of paint!  But it’s that adorable photo that really grabbed my attention!

Lastly, this layout by Ellen (EllenT) is a real work of art!  The blended background photos are fantastic!  The cut-outs and banner are wonderful touches and her shadow work is perfect!
