Of Course We’re Having A Sale This Weekend!

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008

You didn’t think we forgot the 4th of July holiday did you? I hemmed and hawed about it a little bit, we have such an international audience, it seems sort of unfair to only celebrate the USA’s Independence Day. But then I realized that everyone in every country probably loves any excuse for a sale! I know I do!

So without further ado, here’s the ad:

July 3rd-6th PDT enjoy 25% off everything in the store except clearance items, commercial use and Bella Scraps Magazine.
I hope everyone forgives me the late notice about the sale!

Thanks to everyone who wished me a fabulous birthday earlier today. Since I had 25 comments on my earlier post I will go into the store and refund every 25th order 25%–just my surprise way of thanking you for commenting on our blog!

Happy Leap Day! Huge Sale and Grab Bag Alert!

Friday, February 29th, 2008

Hey everyone–Andrea here.  Since Leap Day only happens every four years–I thought we should take advantage of it and have a sale! I mentioned in last Saturday’s post about the sale, but in case you missed it…

Another reason to shop

TODAY ONLY–everything at ScrapMatters is on sale for 40% off.  All kits, elements, templates, quick page albums etc!  And even more exciting is the fact that today marks the beginning of our week long–“Grab It While You Can” Grab Bag Sale.  Our designers have put together some pretty fantastic grab bags overflowing with fabulous never seen before designs.  These bargain-priced grab bags have a value of at least four times the cost of the bag.  So treat yourself this LEAP DAY–it only happens once every four years. Enjoy!

Happy Saturday everyone–Andrea here.

Hey I just wanted to remind everyone that our February Quick Page Exchange ends Friday February 29th–yep that’s right the 29th.  Here’s some more info.  Don’t know how to make a quick page? Check out this team blog entry.  We have some terrific pages to share, but we can always use more.  Hope to see your quick pages soon.

Leap Day is just around the corner. So I have some great news for those of you who aren’t quite sure how to celebrate. SHOPPING!

Another reason to shop

The official ScrapMatters’ Leap Day Celebration will begin on Friday February 29th. Our designers are putting together some terrific GRAB BAGS, priced at either $2, $3 or $4! They will be available February 29th through Friday February 7th. All grab bags will have at least FOUR times the grab bag cost in fantabulous new products.

On Friday, February 29th everything in the store (except grab bags) will be on sale for 40%–40% because Leap Day only comes around every four years–and 40% off sounds a lot better than 4%!

Also starting right now, I have a little freebie to start the celebration a little early. You can pick up the below Leap Year word art from the shop here.

Look It’s Leap Year

So have fun with the word art. Make a card for someone who’s actual birthday is February 29th–I bet they’ll be very surprised. Hope to see you on Friday.

Happy Something Special Saturday!

Saturday, February 2nd, 2008

Hey all you digital scrappers–Andrea here. Today for Something Special Saturday I am excited to introduce our new Quick Page Exchange kits for February.

The kits for our quick page exchange this month are Comfy & Cozy, Forever & Always plus the freebie Luv U–you need some red & pink to scrap all those red pictures for Henriette’s photo challenge. Comfy & Cozy and Forever & Always are each on sale for 40% off–you can get both kits for a total of $6.00! You can use any combination of the three kits to make your quick page.

This month there is a special twist! Submit both your quick page and a layout using your quick page to the ScrapMatters gallery. The creator of the layout I like the best, that is also submitted as a quick page for the exchange will receive two of my kits (your choice) for free! Plus all quick page entries will be put into a drawing for a $10.00 gift card to the store!

This is a great way to not only have a chance to win some fun prizes but to also receive a beautiful completed album ready for you to slip your photos in and present to those you love.

If you’re interested in participating please check out the forum entry called February Quick Page Exchange. The exchange for February will end on February 29th.

Remember you just need to submit a minimum of 1 quick page layout using the featured kit and receive the other submitted layouts in exchange, so basically you submit one layout and get back an album!

Here is a coupon code, bfcacbb15d, that you can use to get an extra 15% off your purchase of Comfy & Cozy and Forever & Always. Hurry it expires February 9th.

Here’s my quick page:

The quick page exchange ends on Saturday, Feb 2nd. So please have fun creating some great pages for the exchange. Everyone who submits a quick page will receive all of the submitted pages for FREE. These would make great heritage albums and this kit is also perfect for scrapping LOs of the men and boys in your life. If you’ve never done a quick page before, Shari has written a great little tutorial in the forums here. Shari will also post more info about the quick page exchange in the forum too.

Once you get your completed quick page completed and posted to the gallery you will receive this free add-on kit from Teresa P. as a thank you.

Monday, November 26th, 2007

Hi everyone,

We’ve been having so much fun with our grab bags and winter holiday kick-off sale that we decided to continue it for one more day.  Everything in the store is 30% off except for the grab bags which are only $3.00.

Things are hopping around here.  We’re busy planning our challenges for the next few months as well as expanding our forums.  We hope to have a calendar shortly where you can find out in advance when all the sales will be, what the challenges will be etc!

We also have some fun new designers joining us with some exciting new products!  Yay!  So stay tuned for more info…

We are also curious what your favorite kind of challenges are–what gets you in the mood to create.  What types of challenges stretch your imagination and make you really want to participate?  Do you participate for freebies, for feedback?  Please let us know by leaving a comment here or commenting in the challenge forum.  We value your input and really want to know what you want.
